I have told the story of how I recreate rituals and recipes of #Norouz (and the recipe of my #sabzipolo) here in Rome, and you can now find the story —plus the recipe for the Persian herby pilaf serve with fish— on @Food52. It has been a delight to see that this year @Food52 has dedicated an entire section to #Norooz recipes and stories. My favorite among those I've read so far (there are many!) is the one by @tehranosaurus on how this year's Norooz is different due the travel ban of the US.
