Staring at Monday like ??☺️ I am a firm believer in creating positive energy for yourself and for the world around you. This can be interpreted as a quite ambiguous concept though, one that needs practice. We ought to practice until it no longer feels like practice. Here are 3 practices I encourage you to implement: ? 1. Step outside of comfort. Positive emotions don't always coincide with your comfort zone. If you ever use the words "bored" or "depressed" to describe your current situation, change something. Do something you normally wouldn't. Feel yourself growing. Yeah, it's uncomfortable, but is it worth it? Absolutely. ? 2. Make time for your loved ones. I realize more and more how valuable my relationships are to my happiness. They are integral to life's value and make my thrive for growth all that possible. Furthermore, sharing positive emotions with others has an amplifying effect. Think about how much more breathtaking a view can be when you're on the summit of a mountain with another person. ?3) Write your Gratitudes everyday. If you guys have followed me for a while, you'd know that this practice is a daily habit of mine. Every morning I will jot down 3 things I am thankful for in my journal - this instills in me both perspective and appreciation for all I have in front of me. We're richer than we think we are.
