My Weakness ? That fail at the end though ? Pull ups? Got it. 100kg deadlifts? Sure thing. What about push ups? .... erm ? They are my biggest struggle! Yeah I can do traditional push ups, but due to my limited shoulder mobility I'm trying to focus on developing tricep push-ups (where your elbows stay tight to your body) and I'm finding them MUCH harder ? It is definitely linked to my lever length ( I'm 6'2 ) but I'm not letting that become an excuse. I've been working on them for the past few weeks and I've gone from zero to four.
