What is #GirlGains? ? I realised that I haven't mentioned @thegirlgains on here in far too long! ? If you don't know, I co-founded the #girlgains movement with @tallyrye and @victorianiamh over two years ago ? We met through social media and connected instantly. We supported and empowered each other through big life changes, and became best friends. We wanted to enable other women to do the same, so we created the online community and hashtag #girlgains. This has grown to now have over 500,000 posts on it. Crazy times! We use our @thegirlgains platforms, the hashtag and our monthly events to bring like minded women together. We discuss our key principles of self-love, body positivity, strength, empowerment and balance. We now have 20 ambassadors across the globe from the UK and Ireland to Australia and America. They also hold local events to create communities in their area ? We are SO passionate about #girlgains and about educating, inspiring and empowering women.
