Our specialist @edmond.francey says that 'Concetto spaziale, Attese is a very special work. It is one of Fontana’s very few silver paintings. It’s done with oil, and the texture and density of the colour is very strong. You can see in this piece that he is trying out a new artistic language; trying to find a new way of expressing himself.'
