New vlog uploaded to YouTube including the full workout where I snatched 200lbs for the first time! I also filmed throughout the weekend while the rest of the @juggernauttraining ladies arrived in SoCal and competed in the @virusintl Winter Open. A mega highlight is @alyssaritchey1 becoming one of very few American women to ever Clean & Jerk double bodyweight!!
