225 feels like poop ? but I'm not going to be hard on myself. I know this weight is light relative to my potential. Considering variable factors, i.e. Coming out of a prep, eating fewer calories, getting sick for 2 whole weeks prior to this lifting session, this load and its challenge makes sense. It's important to look at the big pictures with everything in life to avoid partial understandings and fallacious judgement calls. This isn't a gym-specific principle by the way - it relates to every facet. Perspective is everything you guys! Let us practice ?
