Exactly 3 years separates these two photos. On January 17 2014, I decided to discover myself beyond pain and suffering. Beyond the battle. Today, I am thankful pictures speak more than words, for my journey continues to leave me speechless.
In honour of my 3 year anniversary from overcoming anorexia, I have decided to finally share with you all my Transformation Story on my Youtube channel ?- (the link is now in my bio). I have never spoken so raw about the illness I battled with, but I found that time has allowed me the space to be vulnerable, and the subsequent courage to overcome my fears. I hope that the messages in my video can resonate with you, and that you find comfort in the strength we both share.
