New hair ??, a new training program??, and new things to smile about every darn day. ? I've got lots on my plate (figuratively and ??) ? sometimes I get stressed out about it, but these days I tend to favour excitement over anxiety. Worrying about something means you suffer twice, and I'd much rather use that energy elsewhere ??? For those of you who have asked, Yes — I struggle with anxiety. I was diagnosed with anxiety years ago, and it is something I still have trouble sharing. That is because unfortunately, the battle continues. But more and more each year, I am finding ways to combat the anxiety. From where I've come from (I used to take medication for it) to now, my journey and progression is very promising. For example, I can depict the falsifications my mind imposes with less effort, I can talk sense to myself quicker, and I am learning to utilize my situations for empowerment and momentum. While picture-perfect ideas are portrayed on social media 99.999% of the time, I hope this resonates with some of you as a reminder that NO ONE lives a perfect world. We are all fighting a battle, whether it be in secrecy or not. This isn't me begging for sentiment or affection. This is purely to remind you that whatever you are dealing with, it can be DEALT with. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, including yourself. If what you want isn't happening overnight, remember that no masterpiece was ever made so.
