Sometimes I thrust 295 lbs for fun?? orrr I do it because it's my fave glute exercise that y'all hear me praise about time and time again??? PS you don't have to lift obscene amounts to feel this exercise working??. Even mimicking the thrust movement on a mat with NO weight provides for a serious burn.
