What motivates you to change?
One of the most important things you can do to create and sustain change is to identify what motivates you, and then constantly stimulate yourself with it on a daily basis.
Is it a certain person? Be around them as often as you can.
Is it an obstacle in your past that you overcame? Carry a momentum or photo from that time to always remind you of it.
Is it alone time? Block out you-time daily.
Is it a goal that you want to reach in the future? See yourself achieving it every single day.
Just like everything in life, consistency is key. You will not get the body, life, or relationships of your dreams without consistent, daily work.?
