Here's a Butt + Legs circuit to get you motivated:
• 20 seated abductors (do 15 standing abductor lifts on each leg if you don't have access to the machine!)
• 20 low squat walks (add lateral bands or mini loop bands for added resistance!)
• 15 donkey kicks on each side (use lateral bands or ankle weights if you don't have access to a cable machine!)
