John Timothy Rothwell renamed himself Arthur Uther Pendragon and is the head of a group of lay knights. An English eco-campaigner and neo-druid leader, he considers himself the legitimate descendant of King Arthur. At the autumn equinox he gathers with Arthurian friends at Stonehenge to perform a series of rituals.

Both the English and German editions of my new book Minus 2/3: The Invisible Flash are now available in bookstores and on Amazon. In the text, I take readers behind the scenes of many of my images and share my approach to lighting with a small handheld flash. Here, the only natural light source was a dim street lamp. To cast a Rembrandtesque light on Arthur, my assistant stood on my left with a strobe held high above on a monopod.
