Nizhny Tagil is a city of 360,000 inhabitants located in the Urals, just a few miles east of the virtual border between Europe and Asia. The city was built around Lisya Mountain, an extinct volcano. On top of the mountain, a glowing watchtower sits as a symbol of the city and is a popular site for tourists and young people. While the city is often connected with industrial pollution, here a couple takes in the final glimmer of a summer sunset.
