Photo by @stephenwilkes: This year is off to an adventurous start. For the entire month of January, I will be in South America on commission for National Geographic, capturing the myriad stories to be told within the Falkland Islands, a small, British held archipelago just southeast of Argentina.

With less than 3,000 residents, to call the location remote seems an understatement. I will be exploring off the grid over (at least) the next several days, and hope that with my return I bring stories and imagery worthy of this incredible land.
