We all think about the things were are thankful for this time of year and there are so many things. It's honestly incredible to think how many things there are to be thankful for, every day, every breath, every move we make is a gift. They may seem small but they are so big. We can change a life or our lives each day - its just a matter of waking up with the motivation and determination to make the world around you a better place by first taking care of yourself. When we feel good we want to make others feel good. So, no matter what time of year it is remember to be thankful for all things, big or small.
