Anyone else workout solo? Someone asked me how I put a plate on my own back for planks....here ya go! I don't even know what to call these but I call them #plank drags and they look funny but they require stability and control and also make me feel like I'm a combat #ninja warrior ready to take on zombies. Please note I'm #flexing in the first part of the video and I don't walk around like that all day ?☠️?
