Day 17: Overwhelmed + BUSY AF ?
You know when you have so much to do that you don't know where to start so you end up doing nothing??
Literally me this week.
But one day at a time, right? What can I accomplish in the now if I'm playing out hypothetical scenarios of the future?
Nada.
Here's an update of what my team and I have going on:
- #fitandthickapp: HOLY CRAP we have an app!? We've been working on getting regular updates out so make sure your updating. The early crashing and glitching that some of you were experiencing during the first week has been fixed!
For my android users: Android is a completely different build out than Apple so our focus is on getting the iOS versions perfected before starting on Android. Thanks for your patience! We hear you!❤️
- #fitandthicktour: NJ + NY, what a full blow MISSION finding venues has been! The Jersey City location will be announced shortly!
Jersey City: 11/12-13
New York: 12/3-4
Los Angeles: 1/7-8

More tour dates are dropping w/in the next few weeks including CA + TX stops! Sit tight ladies!
- Merchandise: we have a HUGE restock coming along with a few new designs including the #greetingsfromthighland tanks. All crop preorders will be shipped out by early next week!
-@seedfw: Seed is Miami's plant based festival on Nov 2-6! I'll be hosting the 5k+Yoga+ Meditation on Sat 11/5 from 8:30-10:00am along with several other plant based advocates from around the country! Tickets start at $20??seedfoodandwine.com! I'm so excited to be a part of this event and hope you all come out and join me!
- Give Back in Masks: Nov 19 Masquerade Charity Event, "Give Back in Masks", is from 8:00pm-Midnight @ AC Hotel Mia Beach. We are celebrating @getfitandthick's 3rd anniversary+my 28th bday by giving back! Net ticket proceeds will benefit St. Jude's Children's hospital and will be available soon so SAVE THE DATE!?
Plant based protein collab: Over the past few months I've been working with @nfsports_ to develop an organic plant based protein powder. We don't have an exact launch date but just know it's coming and it's going to taste and mix AMAZING!?
