Have you ever wondered why they tear you down? Some days you can only count on yourself. Some days the people you hope to build you up the highest just tear you down the lowest. I will never understand why the ones we love the most sometimes are the ones who hurt us the most. I may not be perfect but I never want to hurt anyone. Some of the pain I've felt in my life I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Betrayal from those you trust most is one of the worst crimes. I pour myself into the gym and prayer. I train hard because the gym never fails me. I pray because I confess all my deepest thoughts that no one else can use against me. If you're going through a hard time, I've been there. At times, I'm still experiencing that deep pain of betrayal. Stay strong. Pour yourself into an outlet of strength and rejuvenation. Release your tension and pain in your training sessions. Build yourself back up even when you're feeling lost and the lowest. I promise you will find therapy and healing. True strength is born out of struggle and pain.
