with little to no rest you are now gonna hop straight into a • Isolated GLUTE / band exercise (15-20 reps)
Switch legs - 2 mins rest between sets - Repeat 3x

Isolation exercises will help give your bum a nice firm, more round look. If you're trying to build your glutes, include isolation exercises in your fitness routine / workout two-three times a week!
