With just 6 weeks to go until #ElectionDay, younger voters are shunning the 2 major political parties on a scale not seen since Ross Perot’s third-party bid for the presidency in 1992. In the latest @ニューヨーク・タイムズ/@cbsnews poll, more than a third of voters ages 18 to 29 say they will vote for a third-party candidate, and when asked to choose a major-party nominee, 10% said they would not vote. Though young people are notoriously fickle about showing up at the polls, they are a growing and potentially pivotal bloc of voters. Millennials, estimated at about 75 million Americans, now outnumber baby boomers as the country’s largest generation. As a result, the Clinton campaign is enlisting the help of @バーニー・サンダース and @elizabethwarrenma, 2 figures popular with young people, to make the case that @ヒラリー・クリントン cannot make for herself.
