Note to self: polish the mirror before taking my next workout selfie ? so I've just booked in with my tattooist to have an epic thigh tattoo on Sunday and I'm super excited to show you how it goes because I'll be filming it and no doubt tweeting and vine'ing and it's going to be BIG. We're expecting around 4hrs of inking in one sitting but I'm going to put bets on 6-7hrs and I'll be making up a pack lunch of high energy foods to take with me to keep my blood sugar up. It also means I have to finishing filming ALL of my home workout programmes by tomorrow which means 3 arm workouts back-to-back and my arms are by far the weakest part of my body thanks to my weak bones and lack of calcium as a child. No pressure then!
