7th @crossfitgames ended last night! As much as I wanted to finish higher in the ranking I am more then proud of my effort and mostly of how I reacted through the weekend... I didn't look at the leaderboard until Sunday night and I valued my competition only on the effort I gave on the field... I have a lot to work on for next year but I am more then excited to do so... Victory comes in many shape and form and I feel like I've accomplished something deeper this year by being positive and giving it all no matter where I was standing!! One of my mantra was to lead by example... It is easy to be all happy and nice when you are winning but true character appear when you are not and I am super super proud of the way I represented myself ... Will take 1-2 weeks off then back at it harder then ever
