Wow, so apparently it's pretty hot outside today! Literally ten minutes in the sun and I'm a total puddle. I'm embarking on a very exciting project writing a home training program for busy mums with kids who are looking to get into shape! I'm covering everything from legs and bums to arms and tums as well as improving cardio and core stability post-pregnancy and all without equipment in the crowded conditions of a toy-filled loving home! I'm busy prepping for it now and will be releasing it this summer with a percentage of every sale going to help children's charities, cervical cancer and underprivileged families.
