So after passing my personal training exam today it's fair to say I'm pretty hyped and enjoying a well earned bit of throne time before leg day kicks in! Naturally world domination is now on the cards and this comes in the form of peace and love, to motivate and inspire a generation, nation and civilisation to live more healthier lives and be more active. And I welcome you all to join me, I plan to release a range of fitness wear with a donation from every sale going to help a charitable cause for which I think fighting cardiovascular disease is incredibly important. I will soon be hosting Skype calls and live personal training video sessions so that I can work with clients across the world, writing up programmes, providing nutritional advice and helping you all to reach your fitness goals. I'm also going to make some fun workout videos for summer and winter body blitzes to help with weight loss and toning up as well as muscle sessions, really whatever you desire I am open to ideas.
