On July 3, 1951, members of the Philadelphia Bar Association gathered in the Signer’s Room in Philadelphia’s Independence Hall to re-enact the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The historical #reenactment — in which participants portrayed founding fathers, like John Hancock, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams — saluted the 175th anniversary of the Independence Declaration, as well as the 150th anniversary of the Philadelphia Naval Base.
