We got to see Trey today! Trenton wasn't eating so we took him in to make sure everything was ok. Everything checked out ok and we're guessing he's either just a picky eater & doesn't like the food and/or has less of an appetite from missing his brother.
When Trey was brought into the room, Trenton went right to him nose to nose. Next thing you know he climbs in the little kitty bed with him and plops down snuggled up to him. ??
He loves and protects his brother!! ???
Trey is healing nicely and doing very well! No sign of any further festering of infection and he was standing up today before he was given another dose of pain meds. He's tough! ????
I will post a pic of the brothers snuggling right after this. I can't wait til Trey is well enough to come home & reunite with Trent especially after seeing how incredibly close their bond is. For now he will remain under the vet's care.
