To celebrate the end of #internationalyogaday the children and I finished our evening with a spot of yoga in the garden and as my son loves cuddles I decided to use him as resistance whilst rather fittingly doing #vrksasana or the tree pose as its more commonly known. A great little kick of core stability and way to unwind after a hectic day, although I had to use an arm to hold him it's the thought that counts and I love how hands on he is with fitness. I'm blessed to have two healthy and happy children who are always willing to learn, I wish you all peace, light, love and happiness to you and yours.
