As you may already know today is #internationalyogaday #yogaday and I've enjoyed yoga and meditation for many years since I first discovered it as a solution for stress in my teens. We fill our lives with such anxiety, panic and worry, from constantly rushing, meeting deadlines and setting goals which is great to be driven but like every vehicle our bodies can wear out and break down if overused. The body mind and soul work best in unison and I find I sleep better at night and feel more positive in myself when I am relaxed, at peace and centred. Not only can I clear my mind, focus on my posture, on breathing and progressing my flexibility it's also wicked fun in the bedroom too!
