- ADD RESISTANCE BANDS to your exercises!
Choosing to incorporate resistance bands into your workouts can drastically increase your results! Using resistance bands in your lifts is a great way to target those muscles that might otherwise remain under-stimulated by conventional exercises. Also helps target the joint angles with equal tension throughout the range of motion and allows for more controllable eccentric loading phases. The eccentric part of a movement is where you cause the most muscle damage and set the stage for remodeling a bigger, better muscle fiber!!! Boom bam pow ?? (it's not all about "how much you lift" .. But how you lift) Resistance bands can help with gluteal activation and they can add an extra challenge to the stability requirements of your muscle groups!
