Straight Arm (Lat) Pulldowns
|TIPS| Keep your arms straight, keep your head, chest up and your lower back in a natural arch. Focus on using just your lats (1,2,3, method) to pull the bar down. Try 3-4 sets - 12-15 reps
I like to superset this exercise with a wide grip kneeling lat pulldown!
