Sliding Fields of Nodules ~ Setting up the @cinevate Duzi Slider and its awesome new Modo-Motion timelapse attachment amongst the spherical nodules in western Kazakhstan.
Been trying to expand my films with more fluid time lapses. Had used this amazing mini slider rail during last year's National Geographic story in Armenia for my film, Ghost Lands.
On this latest @ナショナルジオグラフィック assignment in Kazakhstan, I brought along the new Modo-Motion, adding multiple panning movements, all with no batteries to charge. No electric motors, extremely useful in the steppes where the nearest power source was kilometers away. It all works using windup gears. Small, lightweight. Powerful.
