Waking up a new person this morning after 12 hours of solid zzz's.?
What do you put in your coffee?☕️
I cut dairy out of my diet so I alternate between vanilla flavored almond or coconut creamer.?
@honest_abe_mtgs served me a yummy breakfast this morning and it was too pretty not to share!
Here's what he used:
- 3/4 cut of Flavahan's organic porridge oats
- 1.5cup of unsweetened almond milk + .5 cup water (I like my oats creamy ☺️)
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- A few drops of Madagascar vanilla extract
- Topped with 1 cup of organic blue berries and 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts

I finish off my "breakfast" with a huge protein shake within an hour after my oats! Breakfast has always been my largest meal but for those of you who find it hard to eat this much in the morning, that's ok! Timing your meals and eating every 2-3 hours isn't as important as getting all your necessary nutrients in each day. There's a macro calculator on my site Getfitandthick.com that will give you a baseline to go off of. As long as your getting all your macros in each day, and you feel satisfied and are seeing results, do what works for your and your lifestyle!
