I spent some time working on balance and hip flexibility after my back and shoulder workout today. Im setting second quarter health and fitness resolutions for myself and encourage you to do the same! This is the time of year when people start to get lax with the goals they've set for themselves in January so it's a good time to re-up on clarity and motivation! They can be a renewal of your New Year's resolutions, or you can create new ones! Feel free to use mine as inspo: 1. Complete one weekly workout outdoors and preferably in/near/around the ocean. Ive always been drawn to water and feel renewed after spending time by the shore so i know that a weekly workout there will help ground me. ? 2. Sunday's are now stretch + yoga days, not only for my body but also for my mind. My trip last week to Santa Barbara exposed me to the world of yoga and I'm so excited to incorporate it into my regimen. ?? 3. I'm going to get to the bottom of my hormonal acne! I've been trying things here and there to treat the symptoms but haven't found the root of the problem or done anything to cure it. I'm done being complacent! After 5 years of this, I'm finally going to figure it out! ?? I have an appointment tomorrow with a doctor that specializes in the treatment of hormonal acne! I'll be snapping about it so tune in if it's something you struggle with as well!
