Exercise of the day! This is an awesome way to keep your shoulders engaged and get the craziest booty burn! Forward lunge to Bulgarian squat transition! Make sure you stay straight in all movements. Your need should stay over your heel on the lunge and the Bulgarian squat. Make sure you lower straight down on both the Bulgarian squat and lunge. Do not shift forward.
