Video by @geosteinmetz on assignment for #LeFigaroMagazine Close-up of three week old fish in the world’s largest hatchery for farmed salmon, located at the head of a fjord in Norway. These salmon fry are dependent on an external food sack until they get old enough to feed. Water temperature has a major effect on their growth rate, and these infant fishes have their age measured in “temperature-days” (days x temp in centigrade).
