Nyanger Phar Juoch, 6, sits inside a metal bowl after being washed by his mother while resting for two days in Kok island on their way to their home in Adok after travelling for five days from Nyal and Lankien MSF Hospital. He was shot several weeks ago after fleeing his home with his mother into the riverside.
