Peter Gatlek (50) sits on a hospital bed after receiving new bandages at the MSF hospital in Lankien after he was shot in the head while trying to escape a raid by government forces in his village near Leer 25 days ago. Peter finally managed to get medevaced by ICRC to a MSF hospital in November 2015. When talking about the experience he says: 'They just came and attacked our village.
