My man, he is always right ? P.s.never when arguing with me ? #Repost @maiseu ・・・ Look healthy and feel healthy. During my visit to Guatemala I was asked in almost interview - "what kind of diet would you recommend?" Diets will eventually get you where you want to get to, but a lot of times they are strenuous, challenging and most of the time people hate dieting, besides, it's temporary, because you're making your body do something it doesn't want to and that's changing your entire eating regimen in a day - so once you come off a diet, you revert back to your natural state of eating how you programmed yourself to eat over the years prior. If someone is looking to make long term changes, not temporary (contest prep, appearance, event, etc) I always recommend making lifestyle adjustments and forming them into habits, as we all know, habits are hard to break. Every week or two switching the unhealthy foods and drinks to a healthy alternative, taking out sodas, alcohol, refined sugar drinks, replacing them with water, green juices, coffee and tea. Same with foods you eat, over time you aren't only going to develop a healthier habit, but you will look and feel better in the process. These habit forming lifestyle adjustments helped me stay in shape while training, traveling and doing what I love. This post isn't for competitors per se, but more so for people who need a little nudge in the right direction, but don't know where to start. Something I've been meaning to post and today when I was photographing my little nutritionist @anyastar figured this picture will go nicely with the description ?? Vitamins bro, do you even?
