Yay for cardio/hardio banded hip thrusts ??? The pump was toooo good, so much that wearing my pink and black leggings from @pumpchasers seemed to make the most sense ?

I've been really liking how these feel with the band. Not only does it add resistance, but it serves to remind me to keep tension in my glutes and not drive the bar up with my quads.
Today's volume comprised of 4 sets of 12 with 295lbs
