I'm not quite sure how sets of 8 with 335 called to me this morning... #ButtItDid ?? I've received a bunch of questions regarding my set up when doing hip thrusts. As you can see in the beginning of this video, I sit on the floor with my back against a flat bench. I make sure the pad is centered on the bar, and I roll the bar up my thighs towards my pelvic area.
