I had to take long time off from training due to health issues and now I'm finally slowly getting back to my training regimen. It's hard to come back, it feels like I never trained for competition before. I look back and think to myself "how did I do this before ?" As much as your body gets used to intense every day training, it gets used to laying on the couch and being comfy and stress free pretty fast. Man, I'm out of breath, I can't lift as heavy as I used to, my endurance is not that great anymore , it's just not damn easy to start all over. ? But the more challenging it is the more interesting for me! I told myself that I have to go back to my NORMAL life, for me being normal is to train 4-5 days a week., be active and challenge myself every day. Once I slow down its so hard for me to put myself together and get going again. I've been way too relax for the past few months and at some point I needed it physically and mentally, but the more I relax, the lazier I get and believe it or not my body changes too, it doesn't care if you are Pro Athlete and used to train every day, you don't do it now and it shows. It's another prove that you really have to be consistent to maintain desirable physique. If you think that It's very easy for us Pro Athletes to stay in regimen, to keep pushing ourselves to the limits, to keep working hard every day. No, it's not easy for us as much as it's not easy for you, it's an every day battle and you not always a winner, but those days are over for me and I'm back ?? It's been 2 weeks me getting back on track with my diet and training and I'm looking forward to see my body transformation. Holidays ain't gonna stop me from my goal ?
