Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it should be nutritious and Delisious
Lots of coaches insisting that you have to have a breakfast. In fact, there are no scientific proves for this theory, so you can have breakfast I you like or wait for few hours if you not hungry in the morning, it's totally up to you. But if you workout 4-5 days a week and you are very active person I bet, first thing you do in the morning is having breakfast.
Upon waking up I take cold shower, drink large glass of water and make myself green tea. After this ritual I start making myself breakfast. Which usually eggs and toast, very simple.
When I have extra time in my hands I make pancakes or French toast.
I serve my pancakes with non fat Greek yogurt, all natural almond butter and fresh fruits.
Pumpkin pancakes
1 egg, 1 egg white
150 gr fresh pumpkin purée
1/2 scoop Tri Celle vanilla casein from @optimumnutrition
1/3 cup oat flour
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp all spices
Cinnamon
Baking powder
Ground ginger
Pan roast with cooking oil spray
Happy pumpkin season ?
