Leg destruction on a Friday morning with my program from @awillis1515 ? This drop set is a killer, give it a go at the end of your workout to finish off your legs. Do 5 goblet squats with a heavy weight, then immediately 10 with a moderately heavy weight and then finally 15 with a slightly lighter weight. Prepare to sweat, wince and ache. I also chucked in some extra leg press because I was feeling strong and hit a new PB of 200kg for 8! ?? Clearly training at 5.30am on a Friday is a winning combo ?? Also, in the weights section this morning there was just me and two girls, and they were both lifting heavy! I love seeing girls getting strong, training hard, and not being afraid of picking up heavy weights. Go girls! ?
