When prepared meals that fit your macros land on your doorstep first thing in the morning... ???? I am so excited to announce that I am now a @freshfitnessfood athlete joining an awesome team including big men @shaunstafford and @jameshaskellhf ?? I don't have every single meal prepped for me by FFF. I have 3 meals and a green juice totalling 1000-1200 cals on Monday-Fridays. This leaves me with loads of extra calories for me to play about with and use for other meals and snacks (because I love to cook and I can't imagine a life without zoats); but also means that I have the convenience of having 3 meals ready to go whenever I want. It also gives me weekends off to go out for meals and eat socially. My nutrition coach @alexjamesritson and I agreed that this is exactly what I need right now, as my workload is only getting bigger and my days busier. This makes it so much easier for me to stay on track and hit my macronutrients goals every day! Plus it's delicious. This is such an exciting announcement for me to make, as it's an amazing company to be working with!
