If you have limited time to workout this week, try incorporating compound movements that involve multiple muscle groups at the same time.
here are some examples:
•20 back lunges with a curl on each side- you can use a dumbbell or bands!
•20 squats with an overhead dumbbell press
•20 push-ups with alternating dumbbell rows
