Here's my Kale , Carrots , Chicken & Ranch Seasoning Chicken Patties!

I buy chicken breast and grind them up to make ground chicken, the ground chicken I use to make burger patties for meal prep for the week.

Really easy , just need a food processor and to make sure the chicken is almost frozen.(It purées better that way)
OR (You can use ground turkey or ground chicken from the store)

Ranch Chicken Patty

?2 - chicken breast OR 1/2 lb. - chicken ground / or turkey ground
?1 - carrot
?1/2 cup - kale
?1/4 cup - onion / fine chop
?2 tbsp. - #flavorgod Ranch Seasoning
?1 ts. - #flavorgod pink salt & pepper
Optional - 1/4 cup - Panko crumbs

Directions:
?Cut frozen chicken breast into 4 pieces, than Purée in a food processor, till a ground consistency.
?Fine chop carrots and kale.
?In a medium size pan sauté carrots and kale together with oil and #flavorgod pink salt and pepper. About 2-4 minutes until medium cooked.
? remove kale/carrot mix onto a plate and let cool down for 5 minutes.
? Next place kale/carrot mix , ground chicken, onion,Ranch Seasoning into a big bowl and mix with hands till blended together. Make balls and flatten into patties.
?In a large pan cook chicken patties in olive oil till cooked all the way through. About 5-7 minutes or until internal temp is 165*F.

Serve on a bun and season with more Ranch seasoning.
