One of my favorite methods of cooking veggies is with a proper sear in a hot pan. My recent veggie rice bowl could easily be infused with my new Ranch seasoning for a whole new flavor and experience.
You're able to achieve a lot of flavor in minutes.
My veggie rice bowl has:
Sautéed
?Mushrooms
?Zucchini
?Cauliflower
?Red & yellow tomatoes
Garnished
?Avocado
?Parsley

I pan seared the veggies in batches!
Here's one of my 5 Minute Flash Sear recipes.

When searing veggies or proteins in a pan never over crowd the pan with the protein or steaming occurs instead of a proper sear. Cook veggies in batches if necessary

Directions:
1. Heat saute pan on high heat for 1 minute ♨️IMPORTANT!
2. Add enough oil to cover bottom of pan, about 1-2 tbsp and allow it to become very hot.
3. Add protein or veggie (sliced into 1 inch bite sized portions) and season with sea salt and pepper.
4. Saute for 1-2 minutes to achieve sear on all sides of meat.
5. Turn off heat. Add 1 tsp of freshly minced garlic, sprinkle 1 tsp of @Flavorgod Seasonings seasonings, and toss ingredients for 1 more minute on low heat.

Serve immediately over desired elements.
