These are crazy delicious and such a good alternative to traditional potato tots! The kids loved this one, and I'll definitely make it again! You can use any flavor from the #FlavorGod combo pack, enjoy! @Danimalea

Ingredients:
? 1 zucchini, grated
? 1 egg, beaten
? 1/4 cup bread crumbs
? 1/4 cup Parmesan
? 1/4 yellow onion, finely diced
? 1 tsp. @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers
? @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan salt & PP, to taste.

Direction:
? preheat oven to 400 degrees & lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
? place grated zucchini in dish towel and ring out excess moisture from grated zucchini. Dice 1/4 onion and beat egg, set both aside.
? combine grated zucchini, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan, onion and @Flavorgod Seasonings seasoning in a medium sized bowl. Mix until well combined.
? scoop about 1 tbsp into a non-stick prepped mini muffin pan.
? place in oven for 15-20 minutes
