@danimalea: I love potatoes. Chips, Fries, Mash, hash browns. I also love garlic & cheese. So, anything I can make that have all 3 is a win!

Ingredients are simple:
⚡️3-4 small/medium potatoes
⚡️4 tbsp olive oil
⚡️3/4 tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lover’s Seasoning
⚡️1/2 tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan Salt and Pink Peppercorn
⚡️4 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided

Method:
?Preheat oven to 450. Line a pan with parchment paper (I forgot to add that step in video, oops!)
?Slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick (I used a mandoline) and toss with olive oil & @Flavorgod Seasonings seasonings
?Lay potato slices flat in a single layer and top with parmesan cheese.
?Bake for about 30 min. flipping halfway through. ?Once browned, top with remaining parmesan cheese and bake additional 2 minutes to melt cheese a bit.
